A design engineer who is familiar with a wide range of fields of technology and design, from products and services to brands. Major projects include presentation design for Toyota Motor Corporation's "e-Palette Concept", prototyping for the Japanese government's regional economic analysis system "RESAS", launch of Sansan "Eight", and assistant CXO for Mercari. As a core member, he was involved in the preparation of the "Design Management" Declaration by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Patent Office. Member of the Intellectual Property Subcommittee of the Industrial Structure Council of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. He has received numerous awards such as the Good Design Gold Award, iF Design Award, Museum of Modern Art Permanent Collection, and Unexplored Software Creation Business Super Creator Certification. Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tokyo. Completed the Master's program at the Royal College of Art in the United Kingdom. He was a visiting professor at the Royal College of Art from 2015 to 2018 and was awarded an honorary fellow by the school in 2018.
